Return & Exchange Policy

Each piece I make is crafted with care, and I want you to be completely happy with your order. Because I’m a small studio and each item is hand made in limited quantities, I’m not able to offer cash refunds.
I do, however, accept exchanges or returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, your item must be unworn, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received. Please contact me before sending anything back to arrange your exchange or store credit.
Custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your piece, please reach out as soon as possible — I’ll always do my best to make it right.

Returns due to Ring Sizing
Please make sure to confirm your ring size before placing an order — selecting the correct size is the customer’s responsibility.
Due to rings being made to order, refunds are not available for incorrect sizing. In some cases, a piece can be resized for a small fee, depending on the design and materials.
If you’re unsure of your size, I recommend getting measured at a local jeweler or using a reliable ring sizer before ordering.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Email me at Info@gracenguydesigns.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including your name, order number, and a brief description of your request.

Once your return or exchange is approved, I’ll send you the return shipping details.

Ship your item back in its original packaging to ensure it arrives safely.

Once I receive and inspect the item, I’ll issue your store credit or exchange.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or in error.
